Help us improve 'The Future of Primary Healthcare Premises in Wales'

The Welsh Government has partnered with Archus to review all Primary Care facilities in Wales, in order to identify areas requiring modernisation in line with current regulations.

Looking at Primary Care and pathways across Wales will provide us with an opportunity to take strides forward with new models of care. Building on the commitment to provide care as close to home as possible, create equal accessibility and a more effective/safer environment for patients and staff.

We are really keen to get as many people involved as possible from providers, commissioners, wider partners and the public.
