Honours Nominations for Coronavirus-Related Work

The UK Government honours system recognises people who have dedicated themselves to serving and helping the nation and/ or will have made significant achievements in public life.

The process has now been extended to include nominations for someone who has made an exceptional contribution to the response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

If you know someone who is worthy of recognition for their work in responding to COVID-19 we would encourage you to make a nomination.  Please be aware, however, that individual submissions MUST be made directly to the Honours and Appointments Secretariat where they will be considered by an independent honours committee.  Unfortunately, there is no provision within the system for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to submit individual nominations on your behalf.

Anyone can submit a nomination and there is no deadline. For full details of the honours nomination process, please visit the Gov.UK website. - https://www.gov.uk/honours/nominate-someone-for-coronavirus-work
