Microbiology Team Celebrate Biomedical Science Day!

The Microbiology team celebrated Biomedical Science day yesterday (Thursday 8th June) with lots of activities!

They hosted a Microbiology information stand to promote the profession and publicise the team's work.

They also held various competitions to celebrate the day, including a science-themed bake-off competition, a t-shirt design competition, and an agar art competition where pictures made from bacteria were formed.

Some prizes were donated from local businesses to say thank you to the staff for all their hard work.

Well done to the Microbiology team, and thank you for all of your invaluable work!
