New Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board are introducing a new Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This service will be live on 6th November 2023.

PALS provides a point of contact for patients, their families, and carers. The Team offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters and are here to listen to you if:

  • You have a query or problem but don’t know who to ask.
  • You want to talk to someone not directly involved in your care.
  • You want to leave feedback about your experience or compliment a service or individual members of staff or
  • You have a suggestion on how we can make improvements.

 

The PALS Team will do their best to resolve any queries, issues, and problems quickly and directly with the staff concerned.  The Team will keep in touch with you by telephone and/or email.
