The Big Conversation: Bereavement

Tuesday 13th February 2024

At some time in our lives, we will all lose someone who is important to us. How we manage our loss is different for every person, but we will all have something in common………grief.

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and our partners want to develop an inclusive and responsive bereavement model, one that provides access to compassionate bereavement support to anyone living in our area, at a time when they need it.

Can you help us?

We are holding a Big Conversation around bereavement on:

20th March 2024

The Christchurch Centre
BT Compound
Old Malpas Road
Newport
NP20 5PP

9:30am - 3:30pm

We would like to invite anyone who is willing to share their bereavement experience to join us, whether as a bereaved person yourself, or where you have been supporting someone who has been bereaved. We would also like to hear from individuals and organisations who support bereaved people including volunteers, third sector organisations, teachers, church leaders etc.

People’s feedback will be used to shape our new bereavement model and improve our bereavement offer.

To register to attend, please book through Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-big-conversation-bereavement-tickets-818696261557
