The Gwent Regional Partnership Team paves the way to put commitment to unpaid carers on the map

We have been working hard to support unpaid carers and strive to ensure that we continue with services and support for unpaid carers. We are delighted to announce that the Gwent Regional Partnership Team is the 1st in the UK to have achieved the Advanced Accreditation for being a Carer Friendly service.
