The national launch of the 111 press option 2 service

We had the pleasure of hosting our colleagues and partners across Wales for the national launch of the 111 press option 2 service for urgent mental health support, which is now available anywhere in Wales!

During the event, Lynne Neagle MS, Deputy Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing, met some of the specially trained Well-being Practitioners behind the much-needed service in Gwent. She also noted how the new support line will help to ease pressure on emergency services across Wales by providing a single-point-of-contact for urgent mental health support.
