We are very proud of each and every staff member at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board for their consistent hard work and dedication, particularly over the past ten months. The South Wales Argus Health and Social Care awards are held annually, and recognise the outstanding work of individuals and teams working in the Health and Social care sector throughout South Wales. The event was held virtually this year, but many of our staff at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board were amongst the successful nominees.

Team of the Year Award- Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Covid Rehabilitation Team

GP Practice of the Year Award- Clark Avenue Surgery

Support Staff Worker of the Year Award- Jenny Lewis

Midwife of the Year Award- Louise Howells

Special Recognition Nursing Award- Sarah Truman

Doctor of the Year- Dr David Hepburn

Surgeon of the Year- Lindsay White

Outstanding Achievement Award- Dr David Hepburn
